800 Series

UV cured products are gaining popularity. These type products are growing popularity in and are being used in hospitals, automobiles, kitchen and bath, and even sporting products.

Based on patented (U.S. Pat No. 7,105,584), utraviolet-energy cure chemistry exlusively from Novagard, the 800 Series products combine the performance advantages of silicone with processing speeds of UV cure.

This product series includes flowable, paste and gels. All products are 100% solids, so there are no solvents to handle, or report.

These products eliminate mixing of two-component materials and oven cure cycles by using UV cured potting and encapsulating compounds to safeguard delicate electronic elements.

Additionally, these products will protect components from environmental extremes, provide barrier properties for sensitive electronics, and can change the look and feel of fashion.

Novagard is the only UV curable silicone conformal coating to have met the rigorous testing and approval of UL746E.
